Financial & Loan Advisor Staff

Job Purpose: Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, insurance products, and other financial services to individual customers to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Promotion: Conduct sales activities and outreach (Mini Counters/Booths) to offer loan products, credit cards, and insurance (Life, Non-Life, Motor) to general customers.
• Customer Acquisition: Engage, persuade, and invite prospective customers to apply for financial services to hit targets.
• KYC & Document Verification: Verify applicant qualifications and application documents in accordance with KYC/CCD guidelines, ensuring completeness and accuracy for submission.
• Compliance & Standards: Provide clear, accurate, and transparent benefit details to customers following Market Conduct standards.
• Documentation & Support: Manage and control application document kits (Form A/B) per internal procedures, and support internal control standard activities (e.g., ISO, KAIZEN).

Qualifications:

• Gender/Age: Male or Female, age 18–35 years old.
• Education: High Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) or higher in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience (experience in credit cards, loans, or insurance sales is preferred).
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a strong service mind.
