CMS EKYC and Retention Staff

Job Summary

- แนะนำบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงการให้ความช่วยเหลือแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นกับลูกค้า ประสานงานกับทุกหน่วยงานภายในบริษัทฯ เพื่อการบริการลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งรับเรื่อง แนะนำ ติชม ร้องเรียน เกี่ยวกับบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ

Responsibility

- บริการลูกค้าที่ติดต่อผ่านระบบโทรศัพท์ อัตโนมัติ รวมถึงกลุ่มลุกค้าที่ติดต่อ Digital Channel
- รับสายลูกค้า , Reply message ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายตามแผนกที่กำหนด
- บริการลูกค้าที่ติดต่อยืนยันการเปิดใช้บัตรเครดิต,วงเงินพร้อมใช้ยัวร์แคชร์ และดำเนินการยืนยันการใช้บัตรให้กับลูกค้า
-บริการลูกค้าที่แจ้งร้องเรียน และมีคำแนะนำผ่านทางฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ และดำเนินการอธิบายรายละเอียดเบื้องต้นให้กับ ลูกค้า หรือ ส่งเรื่องต่อให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริการลูกค้าที่ติดต่อขอระงับการใช้บัตรชั่วคราวรวมถึงการดำเนินการปลดล็อคบัตรให้ลูกค้าเมื่อลูกค้าร้องขอ
- บริการลูกค้าที่ติดต่อขอออกรหัสกดเงินสดใหม่ และดำเนินการออกรหัสใหม่ให้กัลลุกค้า

Qualification

1. Bachelor or Master in Accounting , Finance , Auditing or related field.
2. At least 10 years in professional audit experience, preferable in finance and banking industry.
3. Business analysis, comply with the Internal Auditing Standard and Practice, Knowledge in risk identification and assessment to apply risk-based audit approach.
4. Be able to work under supervision according to the work plan and complete the assignment according to the target date.
5. Be able to assist in assessing risks and the related business impact.
6. Be initiative and reasonable in making recommendations to improve internal control.
7. Good communication skills in Thai and English.
8. Good computing skills in MS office.
