Job Summary

Responsibility

  • Providing the campaign performance tracking and pre-post campaign analysis to ensure the CRM campaign effectiveness.
  • This includes developing, validating, and deploying predictive models to manage acquisition, activation, cross-selling, retention, recovery, as well as spending activities         
  • Preparing data and forecasting analysis for product budgeting and departmental planning
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports (e.g. MG Meeting, Monday Meeting, BOD Meeting reports)
  • Working with other departments to identify and prioritize actionable and valuable insights across main business areas

Qualification

  • Male or Female / age between 22-35 years old                                                               
  • Bachelor or master degree in statistic, mathematic or marketing
  • At least 1 years in data management or data support for marketing department or sale 
  • Must be good in analytical skills
  • Strong in computer skills
  • Knowledge with BI and predictive analytics tools (preferably SAS, SPSS, R, Rapid miner, or WEKA)
